1.Information We Collect
- Contact information: name, email, phone, company, role.
- Account information: login credentials, authentication details, and preferences. If you choose to sign in using a third-party sign-in provider, we receive from that provider the basic profile information needed to create and identify your account — typically your name, email address, and a provider account identifier. We do not receive your password for that provider.
- Business information: business name, industry, employee range, revenue range, location, current providers, service needs, documents uploaded, business goals.
- Advisor information: profile details, introduction links, submitted introductions, attribution data, payout-related information where applicable.
- Vendor information: company profile, service categories, geography, qualifying questions, fee terms, contact details, vendor responses, notes.
- Introduction and attribution data: introduction source, tokens, timestamps, statuses, routing history, activation outcomes.
- Organization data: organization name, brand assets, seats and the individuals holding them, network configuration, service-category configuration, subscription and billing state, and the attribution and payment records for introductions originated through or routed to that organization.
- AI interaction data: prompts, uploaded documents, extracted insights, recommendations, business health inputs and outputs.
- Payment / subscription data: plan, subscription status, transaction metadata. We do not store full card numbers when using third-party processors.
- Payout account data: for Advisors who set up payouts, the status of your payout account with our payments partner and the records of payouts made to you. Your identity-verification details and tax documents are collected and held by Stripe, not by Rinvii — see Section 5.
- Email delivery and preference data: records of the messages we send you, delivery outcomes including bounces and complaints, your email preferences, and unsubscribe records.
- Device / usage data: IP address, browser, device, pages visited, logs, analytics.
- Communications: messages, support requests, emails, feedback.

5.How We Share Information
- With Vendors when a Business Operator confirms interest or submits information for matching.
- With Advisors in limited form to show attribution and status — not unnecessary sensitive business details.
- With organizations that participate in the Rinvii network, in the limited form described in Section 5.A below.
- With Stripe, our payments partner. For subscriptions, Stripe processes your payment. For Advisor payouts, we share the information needed to create and maintain your payout account, and Stripe then verifies your identity, collects your tax documentation, makes the payout, and files and delivers the applicable tax forms. Stripe handles that information under its own agreement with you and its own privacy policy; Rinvii does not store your identity or tax documents.
- With service providers such as hosting, database, analytics, email, payment processors, and AI infrastructure providers.
- With professional advisors, legal or compliance counsel, or business transfer parties.
- When required by law or to protect rights, property, or safety.
- With your consent or at your direction.
A.Partner Workspaces (co-branded organizations)
Some Rinvii introductions begin on a co-branded page operated by an organization Rinvii works with — for example a payments company, association, or consultancy. Those pages carry the organization's name and logo alongside Rinvii's. Separately, some organizations participate by receiving introductions from Rinvii and serving the business themselves. This section explains what happens to your information in each case.
Rinvii operates the page and handles your information. Even though a co-branded page carries an organization's brand, Rinvii collects and controls the information you submit and this Privacy Policy governs it. Rinvii's team reviews your request and decides which vetted providers, if any, it is routed to. The organization whose page you used does not review, route, or decide anything about your request.
If your introduction came from an organization, that organization receives a record that the introduction came from it, carried through to the outcome including whether a service is ultimately purchased; a limited summary of your introduction — your business name, your industry, the service categories you selected, the status of your introduction, the relevant dates, and which of its people the introduction came from; and, if your introduction leads to a purchase, payment from Rinvii. That payment comes out of Rinvii's own fee and does not increase what you pay. Within the organization, its owners and administrators see the organization's introductions and its payment totals; an ordinary team member sees only the introductions they personally originated, and no payment totals.
From Rinvii, an organization in that position does not receive your phone number or your personal email address; any notes you give Rinvii privately, or any documents you upload; the identity of the providers your introduction is routed to, or their notes; Rinvii's internal notes, commission terms, provider fee terms, or margin; or any other organization's information. If you already had a relationship with that organization before using its page, it of course still knows whatever you told it directly — this describes what Rinvii gives it, not what it already had.
If your introduction is routed to an organization because it provides a service you asked about, that organization is the provider being introduced to you, and it receives what any provider receives so that it can contact you and serve you — including your name, your contact details, and the details of what you are looking for. The same organization may sometimes be in both positions. Which one applies to a given introduction is determined by how that introduction was created and routed.
What an organization may do with it. Under its agreement with Rinvii, an organization may use what it receives only to manage its participation in the Rinvii network, to respond to and serve the introductions routed to it, and to support its own customer relationships. It may not sell, rent, transfer, scrape, or enrich it, may not use it as a marketing list, and may not use it to compete with Rinvii.
Your information stays inside the workspace it belongs to. Rinvii does not make one organization's introductions, records, or reporting available to another organization. Rinvii's use of the information you submit is otherwise governed by this Privacy Policy, including Sections 6 and 8.
Consent and contact. The consent you give on a co-branded page covers Rinvii contacting you about your own request, by email or phone, and the provider your introduction is routed to contacting you about it. It is not consent to marketing calls, prerecorded or automated calls, or marketing text messages, from Rinvii or from any organization. Any marketing an organization sends you is its own, under its own relationship with you and its own legal obligations.
What is on the page. A co-branded page covers selected service categories, so it may not show every category Rinvii covers. You are always free to contact Rinvii directly at the address in the Contact section.
Your choices. The access, correction, and deletion choices in this policy apply to information collected through a co-branded page in the same way, subject to the same legal, tax, attribution, and record-keeping limits. Note that Rinvii keeps the record of who introduced you, because that record determines payment obligations and forms part of Rinvii's financial and tax records.
6.AI and Uploaded Documents
- Rinvii may process uploaded documents or business data using AI tools to extract, summarize, classify, or recommend actions.
- AI-assisted features are powered in part by third-party AI providers acting as service providers to Rinvii. To produce the output you asked for, Rinvii sends those providers the information needed for that request — for example the text of a document you upload for analysis, or the content of a question you ask. Rinvii's agreements with those providers govern what they may do with it.
- Rinvii may use submitted information, uploaded documents, AI interactions, business profile data, and platform usage data to provide AI-assisted features, improve recommendations, evaluate output quality, enhance business health scoring, improve vendor matching, and develop or refine Rinvii services. Where appropriate, Rinvii may use aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized information to understand trends and improve the platform.
- Users should not submit confidential, sensitive, regulated, or third-party information unless they are authorized to do so and understand it may be processed by Rinvii and its service providers to provide and improve the Services.
- Rinvii will not intentionally make private business documents publicly available.
- Rinvii is still reviewing its AI providers' data-retention and model-training settings and has not yet published a specific statement about them. This policy will be updated when it does. If you would like to know which service providers Rinvii currently uses, including its AI providers, contact us at the address in the Contact section.
- Rinvii may share information with service providers, AI infrastructure providers, hosting providers, analytics providers, payment processors, and vendors as described in this policy.
7.Cookies and Analytics
Rinvii may use cookies, analytics, and similar technologies to operate and improve the Service. A cookie management option may be added in a future release.
We use Google Analytics, a third-party analytics service provided by Google, to understand how the Services are used; it processes usage data (such as pages visited, device and browser information, and approximate location) on our behalf under Google's terms for analytics customers.
We also use first-party, privacy-preserving analytics to understand how visitors move through our public pages. This relies on a random session identifier stored in your browser's local storage; it is not linked to your identity and is not used to track you across other websites.
8.Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, improve, and operate the Services; maintain introduction, attribution, vendor-routing, activation, payment, and compliance records; resolve disputes; enforce agreements; support security and fraud prevention; and meet legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations.
We may also retain and use information, including business information, interaction data, introduction data, AI interaction data, and usage data, to improve Rinvii’s platform, develop new features, enhance AI-assisted workflows, evaluate matching and recommendation quality, improve business health scoring, and generate aggregated or de-identified insights.
When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we may delete, de-identify, or aggregate it, subject to legal, security, backup, dispute-resolution, attribution, and operational requirements.
9.Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10.User Choices and Requests
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, or ask a question about it, by contacting us at the address in the Contact section. We will verify who you are before acting on a request, and we will not treat you differently for making one. Some information we must keep — for example records we need for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, attribution, payment, and dispute-resolution purposes — and we will tell you if that applies to your request.
Email. Account and service email is part of the Services and cannot be switched off while you hold an account. Optional email — announcements and program updates — includes an unsubscribe link in every message and a one-click unsubscribe supported by most email applications; we honor both.
11.State and Regional Privacy Rights
Residents of certain U.S. states have additional rights over their personal information, which may include the right to know what we have collected, to request a copy, to request correction or deletion, and to not be treated differently for exercising those rights. Rinvii responds to applicable requests as required by law. To make a request, contact us at the address in the Contact section; see Section 10 for how requests are handled.
Rinvii does not sell personal information for money. Rinvii shares information as described in Section 5 — with the providers an introduction is routed to, with the organization an introduction came from, with our service providers, and where the law requires it.
12.Age Restriction
Rinvii is intended for users who are at least 18 years old and are acting in a business or professional capacity. Rinvii is not intended for children or minors. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a person under 18, we may delete the information and restrict access to the Service.
13.Third-Party Links and Vendors
Third-party vendor sites and services have their own privacy practices, and Rinvii is not responsible for them. Please review their policies before sharing information.
International users. Rinvii is based in the United States and its Services are operated from the United States. If you use the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
14.Changes to This Policy
Rinvii may update this Privacy Policy from time to time and will update the "Last updated" date above.
