Partner Workspace
One workspace. Two ways to join.
Bring your whole team onto the Rinvii Network — a co-branded introduction page for every seat, one pipeline for every introduction your team makes, and an inbox for the opportunities routed to you.
Applications are reviewed — approval is required.
Up to 15 seats are included. Your first 12 months carry no workspace subscription fee, starting the day your workspace goes live. After 12 months, continuing the workspace is a paid subscription, priced in writing at that time — we never charge you automatically, and continuing is a decision you sign. Additional seats, and teams above 75 seats, are quoted in writing before anything is added. Results-based fees apply under your signed agreement.
Current pilot pricing, subject to change — final terms are set in the signed pilot agreement.
Two ways in
Every organization chooses how it joins.
The choice shapes your workspace — never how an introduction is routed, attributed, or paid.
Join to receive
For organizations that deliver the services — receive validated, business-confirmed introductions in your own workspace.
- Receive category-aligned, business-confirmed introductions
- Introductions land in your team's Opportunities inbox
- Context attached to every opportunity — never a cold list
- Tracked attribution and activation outcomes
- Human approval before anything is routed to you
Receive — and refer what you don't serve
Everything in Receive, plus your team refers the business you don't serve — both sides of the network in one workspace.
- Everything in Receive, in the same workspace
- A co-branded introduction page for every active seat
- One attribution view across what you refer and what you receive
- Your organization shares in the revenue Rinvii collects on closed services, per your signed agreement
- Offer only what you don't already provide — your own services stay excluded from your links
- Introductions your team makes are never routed back to you
Rinvii is paid by the vendor when a service closes; your organization's share is set in your signed agreement, and amounts aren't guaranteed.

Inside the workspace
See what your team works in.
The pipeline your team tracks, the inbox where routed introductions land, and the seats that carry your name — statuses visible at every step.

What you get
Built for teams that hear needs all day.
Every benefit below is a shipped part of the workspace — not a roadmap.
A co-branded page for every seat
Each active seat gets its own co-branded introduction page — your name and Rinvii's, on every introduction your team makes.
One pipeline, every status
Every introduction your team makes is tracked by status from submitted to closed — one view for the whole organization.
Consent before contact
The business owner privately confirms what they need before anyone is introduced. No confirmation, no routing — ever.
Offer only what you don't provide
The service categories you already serve are excluded from every page in your workspace, so your team never routes around your own business.
An Opportunities inbox
Business-confirmed introductions land in your team's inbox with context attached — not in a separate portal.
One attribution view
On the full platform, what your team refers and what your organization receives reconcile in a single view — no double-entry, no guesswork.
Seats managed with Rinvii
Seats map to named team members and are added with Rinvii through an audited path — never self-serve, never anonymous.
Human approval, on both sides
Every organization and every vendor is reviewed and approved by a human before anything is routed. It's an approval-based network.
Results-based economics
Money moves on closed services, not clicks — from funds Rinvii has received and cleared, on the schedule in your signed agreement.

How a Partner Workspace works
Someone on your team hears about a need your company doesn't serve. They make an introduction through their co-branded page, the Rinvii team reviews it, the business owner confirms what they actually need, and a vetted vendor takes it from there. Your organization sees every introduction and its status in one dashboard — and shares in the revenue Rinvii receives when a service closes.
No cold calls. No bought lists. No one's information shared without a yes.
Common questions
Do the modes change how introductions move?
No. The mode you join in shapes the workspace you get — the surfaces, pages, and inbox your team works in. How an introduction is routed, attributed, and paid works exactly the same way for everyone: the business owner confirms first, the match follows their need, and the record keeps the introducer's name on it.
Who gets paid?
Your organization. Rinvii pays the organization — never an individual team member — for closed vendor services attributed to your team's introductions, after the vendor's funds for that close have been received and cleared. How you recognize your team internally is entirely your call; Rinvii doesn't set it and doesn't take part in it. Your dashboard keeps the introduction record.
What can our team offer through their pages?
Only what your company doesn't already provide. The service categories you tell us are yours are removed from every page in your workspace. Where an introduction goes is always decided by what the business owner asks for — we match their need, not anyone's product line.
Can we also be a vendor in the network?
Yes — organizations can hold a vendor profile too, through the same application and human approval as any vendor. Introductions your own team makes are never routed back to the vendor profile you link to your workspace.
